WILLIAM G. WAIS
Mr. William G. Wais has been a full time estate planning attorney in Glendale since 1994. He first began his estate planning practice in 1980. He has lived in Glendale since 1985.
Education:
Mr. Wais graduated with honors from UCLA and
received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School
(Los Angeles)
Areas of Practice:
Ninety five (95%) Percent of his law practice involves estate planning,
living trusts and probate. He does set up the
occasional corporation for a client.
Each year, he sets up more
than 100 living trusts for his clients.
Awards and Distinctions:
Before establishing his law practice in Glendale, Mr. Wais won an award from the Automobile Club of Southern California for his work in computerizing the operations of their legal department.
He has also been a presenter at Legal Tech, the foremost computer tradeshow for the legal profession.
Use of Computers:
His legal practice emphasizes the use of computers to achieve efficiency.
All client information is entered into a Microsoft
Access database. The information is
automatically entered into Microsoft Word templates.
Use of Media:
Mr. Wais has produced
a twenty five (25) minute Living Trust DVD entitled
"How to Disinherit the IRS". The DVD is
available for sale on this website.

Seminars:
Mr. Wais has given
seminars to financial planners and the general
public. He has worked with United Way to
produce a Power Point presentation on wills and
living trusts.
