FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

1.  DO I NEED TO PUT THE REFINANCED HOME INTO THE TRUST ?

 

Answer:   Yes, if it was taken out of the Trust in order to do the refinancing.  If you signed a deed as part of the escrow, we need to put it back into the Trust.

 

2.  WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PUT THE REFINANCED HOME BACK  INTO THE TRUST ?

 

Answer: You need to sign a deed (or deeds) which transfers the refinanced home back into the Trust.

 

            If escrow is not yet closed, take your Estate Planning Booklet (Signed Originals) to the escrow company and make sure they transfer title to you in the name of the Trust.  

 

3.  WHAT IF ESCROW HAS ALREADY CLOSED ?

 

Answer:  You can have my office prepare a new deed to transfer there finaced home into the Trust.  

 

4.  WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE ?

 

Answer:  $150.00, which covers all filing fees and all notary services when you come to my office.
