3. WHAT ABOUT ALL THE SMALL ITEMS LOCATED IN MY HOUSE ?

Your "small items" (tangible personal property)
has already been put into the Trust by the Assignment of Property form
which you signed along with all the other estate planning documents.
4. CAN I MAKE COPIES OF THE SAMPLE LETTERS CONTAINED IN MY

Yes. The sample letters are
intended to be copied if you have more than one account of a particular type.
